The goal of this learning situation (LS ) is to learn how to retell stories about heroic acts of courage.

INTENTION PÉDAGOGIQUE

• develop and improve students' oral/ written communication skills
• read, listen, and interpret authentic texts
• use metacognitive reading/listening strategies
• recognize/apply the Past Progressive tense
• apply a story structure for creating a personal story about heroic acts
• take notes in point form
