DESCRIPTION

In this learning situation, students will get information and also inform the caller on its requirements for buying a plane ticket and hotel reservations to trip planning.

INTENTION PÉDAGOGIQUE

The student will decode the essential elements of the message and will also organize its message using a simple dialog in order to describe the information necessary for planning a trip. The student identifies and uses strategies appropriate to the oral situation. If necessary, the student consults his interlocutor to clarify the message and validate the information.

Utilisation

This activity is recommended once the student feels confident with numbers, days, and after having experienced one or few situtation in connection with the consumer staples. For example: the purchase of a product or service, reservation or purchase a bus ticket.
